Children’s University

Theatre Royal Wakefield is delighted to be a validated Learning Destination for The Children’s University.

This means that if you are 5 - 14 years old and have a Children’s University Passport you can get a stamp from our members of staff for coming to a number of different activities including:

  • A range of shows: Have a look at our What’s On pages and if you see this logo on the page for that show then it means that you can get a stamp from our staff. Our staff will want to ask you what you thought of the show so have a think!
  • Performance Academy and Performance Academy Kidz: please speak to our Partnerships and Engagement Officer Gavin for a stamp.
  • If you are a performer in our Wakefield Youth Music Theatre shows or our pantomime then we can give you stamps for your passport! Please speak to Jenny, our Learning and Participation Officer.
